step in a short sale is consultations and go
over the short sale process with you.
This process is also explained in the steps
on this website. But we realize there
is a lot of information and you will have
questions, so we ask you read all the info
on this site, then give us a call and we'll
go over any questions you might have.
The next step is
listing
the home for sale. The forms at the
lower right need to be downloaded and
printed out.
Next, place a phone call to 425-344-2222 and
state you have downloaded the MLS forms for
a short sale. We then will go through
the forms with you over the phone.
Please allot 30 minutes of uninterrupted
time for this process.
The next step
is to download and print out the Short Sale
Loss Mitigation Package on the left column
of the page below. These forms are
required by your bank and lien holder before
your Short Sale can be negotiated.
It is important that we get your home on the
market ASAP. Give us a call when you
have the MLS forms reviewed and printed out
and let's schedule an appointment to go over
them in person. We then will asked
them to be signed and within 12 hours we
will have your listing known to agents
worldwide. That's right, we syndicate
your listing and give it top billing ---
just in the NWMLS area alone, over 20,000
agents will know about your listing the next
day and so will many of their clients.
